Manny Manago, Broker: is the Designated Broker and Senior Managing Partner of Manago Management, LLC which also includes WindSun Realty and Pacific Group.   

Mr. Manago has been a licensed real estate agent for over 20 years in the state of Nevada, and also a licensed real estate broker in Arizona for over 15 years. 

He has extensive experience in residential sales, commercial properties transactions, leasing activities in both commercial and residential and all aspects of property management. Additionally, Mr. Manago has vast expertise in warehouse and industrial space sales and leasing, as well as residential and commercial lending/finance. 

Mr. Manago's Mortgage/Finance career started in 2002 when he was first licensed as a real estate loan officer; he eventually started his own mortgage company called Monarch Financial LLC in 2006.    ​

Mr. Manago is a U.S. Army veteran, UNLV graduate, and lifelong Las Vegan; Mr. Manago is heavily vested in the community.

He is a graduate of the University Of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) earning his Master's Degree (MS) along with a Bachelor's of Arts Degree (BA).  

He is also a graduate of the College of Southern Nevada (CSN), having earned multiple degrees:  Associates in Real Estate Studies (AAS), Certificate of Achievement (CA) in real estate studies, and an Associate in General Studies (AGS).  

Mr. Manago is presently an adjunct faculty member of the College of Southern Nevada (CSN) where he teaches real estate principles, real estate law, real estate broker management, real estate investments, and real estate property management.  All classes are accredited by the Nevada Real Estate Division and other accrediting bodies.

Greg Hartline, Broker: is Corporate Broker and managing partner of Hartline Properties, LLC and former Corporate Broker and Partner of National Realty & Investment, Inc. He supervises many of the firm’s commercial sales activities and property management accounts. Additionally, Mr. Hartline is an expert in commercial brokerage, specializing in vacant land, multi-family sales, and commercial leasing issues.

Mr. Hartline has earned the Master’s in Business Administration Degree (MBA), he is also an alumnus of the University of Kansas and Washburn University, having received the Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree (BFA) and two other Bachelor of Arts degrees in Philosophy and Music, all earned with Honors.

Antonio S. Correia, Corporate Broker: is the chief counsel for broker support provided to affiliates of National Properties Realty. He holds the prestigious Risk Reduction Graduate designation (RRG) award from the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR).  A real estate veteran with a myriad of expertise in real estate sales, development, construction, and financing. Mr. Correia brings over 30 years of experience to National Properties Realty LLC. He was first licensed as a real estate Broker in the State of Rhode Island in 1974, and was the former Corporate Broker of National Properties, LLC. Mr. Correia has tremendous knowledge and skills in new homes sales having been employed for over 5 years with various new home developers. Mr. Correia is also a veteran teacher having over 25 years of teaching and administrative experience at the high school and college level.

Anthony R. Casares, Finance Manager of National Properties Realty LLC and the finance controller of all affiliated brokerages and companies. Mr. Casares insures the financial accountability of all real estate transactions and insures they are properly processed so that agents do not have any delays in receiving their checks after each closing. Mr. Casares has the responsibility of all financial matters regarding National Properties Realty LLC, and all of its associates. He controls company expenditures and revenue tracking, along with insuring the company’s profitability and viability.

He is also the resident Information Technology Specialist for all four brokerages. Not a day goes by when the firm does not call upon Mr. Casares’ extensive computer and Internet expertise. 

Mr. Casares’ comprehensive IT knowledge and aggressive application of automation and cutting edge technology are essential ingredients in the firm’s technological advantage..
