Transaction Submission - Sales File (buyer's agent)
If you represent the buyer (you are showing properties), you are the buyer's agent or the sales agent.
Files are no longer submitted via online, our compliance clerk became inundated with too many files being submitted by too many agents simultaneously, thus we got backed-up and almost exploded, therefore....
Sales agents must assemble a file in accordance with the Sales File Checklist, assemble the required documents as mandated in the Sales File Checklist, turn-in the file to the office prior to the close of escrow.
